Heurich House Museum, a historic site and house museum in Washington, DC, was looking to put together an exhibition about the story of its founder and the city’s brewing culture. Aside from the interpretive goals of the exhibition, the gallery was also being developed with a dual purpose to serve as an event space for programming.

Approach

Through regular collaborative working sessions, we were able to plan, develop, and produce the exhibition with the museum team in 3 months. Rather than a typical phased project focused on deliverables and feedback, we met with the project team weekly for 2 hours, iterating on both content development and design simultaneously.
